The Divorce/Separation Recovery Group is an eight (8) group session. The sessions includes discussion, group support, videos and a workbook.
Participants will experience emotional growth and personal power by learning how to live in the here and now as a single person/single parent. Participants will also gain an understanding of the grief process, such as how to forgive, release emotions, move on and begin a new relationship.
The group provides a safe place for participants to explore issues of concern and help each one understand what they are going through and provide tools to help each one learn effective ways of coping on a day to day basis. The group is open to all adults who are in any stage of the separation or divorce process. We also welcome participants who have not made the decision to separate or divorce.
